Where your application data goes
Short answer: When you pre-qualify, your details go to Flexxbuy LLC, which powers CLO, and to the lenders in its network under the consent you give in the application. Compare Loan Offer never receives your loan application data, such as your name, Social Security number, date of birth, income or bank details. That information goes only to the secure application powered by Flexxbuy LLC and the lenders you choose.
- 1. You start on compareloanoffer.com. CLO shows information and tools. Nothing you type in the comparison tool leaves your browser.
- 2. You apply on the Flexxbuy-hosted application. Your name, SSN, income and contact details go to Flexxbuy LLC.
- 3. Lenders review your information. Flexxbuy shares it with lenders in its network under your consent, using a soft credit pull.
- 4. Flexxbuy emails your offers. The Review Offers link opens your offers page. Some lenders may email you too.
- 5. You choose a lender. That lender handles your full application, any hard credit check and your loan.
