CLO has no access to your personal information

Compare Loan Offer (CLO) does not collect, use, store or have access to personally identifiable information (PII). We never receive your name, Social Security number, date of birth, income, address, phone, email or bank details. When you apply, that information goes only to the CLO application, powered by Flexxbuy LLC, under the consent, terms and privacy policy shown there.

What this website records

Anonymous usage: the pages viewed and the links clicked, such as which "Pre-qualify" button was used.
Campaign tags and ad click identifiers in the link that brought you here, passed along to the application so referrals and ads can be credited. They don't identify you to us.
If we use analytics, cookies that count visits, set up without advertising personalization and without linking to your identity.

Like every website, our hosting provider technically receives your IP address to deliver pages. CLO doesn't use it to identify you and never combines it with application information.

What stays in your browser

Offers you enter in the comparison tool are saved only in your browser on your device. We don't receive them.
A business name typed on the merchant page only changes the link shown to you. We don't store it.

The CLO application

When you apply, the application is powered by Flexxbuy LLC, which collects the information you enter, such as your name, contact details, Social Security number and income. CLO doesn't receive, see or store any of it.
Your information is used and shared with lenders and marketplace partners as described in the consent and privacy policy on the application. Read them before you submit.
Lenders you continue with handle your information under their own privacy policies.

The CLO app in ChatGPT

When ChatGPT uses the CLO app, it sends only the details needed for the request you made: a loan amount, purpose, self-reported credit range, monthly budget or priority, loan offer figures you choose to share (lender name, APR, term, amount, payment, fee, secured or not), or a business name for a merchant link.
The app uses these details only to answer that request, such as calculating a payment, ranking offers or building a prefilled application link. It doesn't ask for or accept your name, contact details, Social Security number, income or account numbers.
Nothing you send is stored. The app keeps nothing between requests and doesn't log what you send. Our hosting provider keeps basic operational records, such as the time and duration of each request, for 30 days to keep the service running.
CLO doesn't share these details with anyone. OpenAI handles your ChatGPT conversation under its own privacy policy.
You can disconnect the CLO app at any time in your ChatGPT settings.

To run and improve this website and its tools.
To measure which pages and links lead to applications.
To comply with law and protect against fraud.

CLO has no personal information to sell, and we don't sell the anonymous information this website records.

Your choices

Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and clear site data to remove anything saved by our tools.
To stop calls or texts about an application, follow the opt-out instructions in the message, or reply STOP to texts.
